Hello, I present to you "Sophia the Pig" - a crochet cover for a square pouf (gift for my daughter for her 3rd birthday - still waiting to be given ;))
The pouffe is decorated with three tulle flowers.
The project is not complicated, and I explain everything step by step in the tutorial on YouTube. With a bit of your own modifications, you can create a pouf of a dog, cat or rabbit (and even a character from Minecraft).
I will be glad if you look at my channel, subscribe and leave a comment.
P.S. Thanks to my daughter, I got used to the color pink :)
Who loves pigs as much as we do? :)Tutorial step by step is on YouTube (EN subtitles):
YARN: YarnArt Dolce Maxi, 3 skeins, color no 769
Himalaya Dolphin Baby, black for embroider the nose and eyes.
Square pouf - size 27 x 27 x 29 cm. You may use any square pouf and you'll adjust the size of the cover following my instructions.
Crochet hook 9 mm
- st = stitch
- sl st = slip stitch
- ch = chain
- tch = turning chain (at the end of a row)
- sc = single crochet
- dc = double crochet
- hdc = half double crochet
- inc = increase (2 sc in one st)
- 3 inc = in this pattern it means (1 sc, 1 dc, 1 sc) in one stitch
- dec = decrease (sc2tog)
- (..) = repeat the pattern particular number of times
- [..] = complete number of st in the round / row
- rnd = round
- BLO = back loop only
- FLO = front loop only
- color – change the color of yarn (before you crochet the next stitches)
- MR - magic ring (instead of MR you may work ch 2, then insert the hook in the first chain and work scs)
